I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at this hotel, with a lovely bottle of champagne and an anniversary card waiting in the room. The modern and immaculately clean decor really set a positive tone for my stay. However, the service during breakfast could have been friendlier, with one staff member standing out for being a bit aloof. Overall, a comfortable and clean stay with a great touch of kindness from the welcoming staff.
